Quickies for entertaining...

Quick Marinade:

Use Black Ant Gourmet's Chilli Basil Mint Dressing as a marinade for prawns or chicken on the BBQ. Use the other half of the dressing on your crispy green salad with avocado. Yum!

Prawn Platter:

• 1/2 kg of fresh cooked prawns (shells removed, leave tails on)
• Arrange on a bed of lettuce leaves
• Garnish with sliced lemon wedges
• Place a dipping bowl in the centre with Black Ant Gourmet's Caesar Dressing

Have a party and invite your guests to enjoy

Quickies for lazy Sundays...

Spicy Baked Beans:

• Take 1 tin of baked beans (tomato based sauce)
• Heat as per instructions
• Stir through 1/2 tsp of Black Ant Gourmet's Harissa Chilli Paste

Enjoy any time of the day!

To dress it up a bit, add a dollop of sour cream/guacamole or greek yoghurt and a few coriander leaves.
